Loveland Ski Area to Open Friday and more snow news

This time of year the excitement builds as we here daily reports of new snow, new areas opening and snow making starting at areas. This week the reports continue to come in. Last week saw Arapaho Basin in Colorado open after Timberline in Oregon had earlier in the week. This week will see Loveland Ski Area in Colorado open on Friday and today there are reports of Killington starting to make snow.

Emails are flowing into the inbox with big snow totals to set a base at partner areas up north like Lookout Pass who reported a 15 inch dump of snow in one storm this past week. Make sure to enjoy the BOGO discount lift tickets at Lookout Pass this winter. Time to make sure your skis/boards are tuned and be ready to start making turns. Get out and enjoy early season turns as it is going to be a big snow winter.

The team at Mountain Sports Club is hard at work getting more and more discounts in on lift tickets, at shops and lodges to make sure your stretch the budget to get out and enjoy the mountains as much as possible this winter.
