OK, so I've spent will over an hour, upgraded my membership and still can't find access to these elusive free tix that "will be mailed to me".

Why are your instructions for completing this so indirect, unclear and nebulous? I wonder, do I have to upgrade again to a premium plus membership? If so I can't figure out how to do that. Sigh
And now I've tried to publish a comment and can't seem to do it...frustrating! How come there is no contact information for members to be in touch with MSC?
Sorry you have had a difficult time with this as orders are flowing in and member registrations. We can be reached directly via email info@mountainsportsclub.com or call the office at 303.554.6555, Monday - Fridays 8 - 4 mountain time. Once you have upgraded and added premium plus you are required to put in the corresponding resort promotion code and we then mail the ticket voucher, or call us and we will walk you through the process.
