Ahhh Labor Day is here and most of us are gearing up to get away and play or maybe stay at home and enjoy great time with friends and family. As we wrap up our day and week we look forward to a weekend where we will drive a short 2 hours North from Boulder to the Curt Gowdy State Park outside of Cheyenne. It will be a weekend of fishing, mountain biking, hanging out with friends and family by the fire. Kids will be sure to clean out the smores supplies and ensure the have enough sugar in their bodies as they get to stay up late. I share with you these thoughts as we savor the last long holiday weekend of summer 2010. Next up fall biking and more hiking with skiing and riding starting on October.
This weekend is also full of ski and snowboard sales at top retailers. Sun and Ski Sports has their Labor day sale in stores and online. In Colorado the ski wars rage with The Sports Authority's Sniagrab sale and the Ski Rex sales from Colorado Ski and Golf- locally Boulder Ski Deals in Boulder. The ads scream up to 70% off. Resorts will be out in full force with season pass specials for this who brave the crowds to get the best deals of the new season.
