Word just in Mammoth Mountain in California kicked off the ski and snowboard season for 2008.09 this week, Boreal in Tahoe opened today as the first Tahoe resort open.
Loveland expects to open more terrain this weekend after more snow this week. Ski and ride for only $30 with Mountain Sports Club member coupons. Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Wolf Creek all expect to be open this weekend as the season starts to kick in.
