Monarch Mountain Holds The Line On Pass Prices

Monarch MountainMonarch Mountain, CO is not increasing Season Pass prices for the 2009-10 ski season. Monarch Mountain has a reputation for being one of Colorado’s more affordable and friendly ski areas and is demonstrating “budget friendliness” by holding prices.



Season Passes on sale now at last seasons rates.


An Adult Season Pass purchased before July 3, 2009 will only be $289 and includes skiing privileges at 8 other ski areas. All Monarch Mountain Season Passes include 3 FREE days of skiing at: Loveland, Durango, Powderhorn, Sunlight, Angel Fire and Pajarito; one day of complementary un-guided skiing at Silverton and half-price tickets all season at Alta.


Early Season pass prices, through July 3, 2009, for the 2009-10 season are:


  • Adult (16-61) - $289

  • Students (13-15) - $159

  • Juniors (7-12) - $89

  • Seniors (62-68) - $159

  • Kid’s (under 7 & over 68) Ski FREE at Monarch Mountain.

Monarch Mountain located in South Central Colorado is what you expect from a real Colorado ski area. Abundant natural snow (350 + in.) and friendly people are two of the areas strongest attributes. You walk from your car right to the lifts, prices are reasonable, and the runs flow naturally back to the base area. At Monarch you’ll lose the crowds but not your friends.
